Ms. Sangeeta Pandey has a B.A. (Honours) in English Literature from the University of Delhi, India and an M.A in English Literature from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. She has worked in the field of information and communications since 1991. She was the Information Officer for the King Mahendra Trust for Nature Conservation, Nepal, from 1991 to 1994. She then worked for UNDP/Nepal's Development Support Communications Programme for a year. he joined ICIMOD in 1995 as Trainee Editor in the Publications Division. Since ay 1996, she has been the Documentation Officer for ICIMOD. Her work mainly involves managing the Homepage of ICIMOD (the latest version which she designed), updating information on the Intranet, and producing occasional annotated bibliographies.
She has also written, edited and translated documents, prepared publicity material, coordinated meetings and workshops for the various organisations for which she has worked.
